Hikawa Shrine. Even though the initial kanji of the shrine is different in real life (the character for "ice" instead of "fire"), it is still read the same way.

This statue was a royal pain to photograph. There is now a pole behind it, so I couldn't quite get the right angle while trying to avoid the pole.
